These are an absolute CMK favorite for antique pieces. I have been collecting these for over 15 years now, and I am obsessed! Their design is so unique and function. I once found an Early 19th Century bombe mould with an old ice cream bombe recipe ripped from a book and folded inside. You simply fill this mould with ice cream of any flavors you desire, keep the brass foot screwed tight. Put the lid on and place it in the freezer. When you are ready to serve, just unscrew the brass foot and remove the lid, the suction will release the ice cream cake from the mould. C.1850
