General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-antique items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (please allow 5–7 business days for processing).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging.
  • We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund for any damaged or defective items.

 Antique & Final Sale Items
  • All antique pieces are final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature and historical significance.
  • These items often carry the marks of time—imperfections that are part of their charm and story. We encourage you to read descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to initiate the return process.
  • Once we receive your returned item in unused, original condition, we will send out your replacement item.
  • If the item you’d like in exchange is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a refund.

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
